HOW TO USE/DIRECTIONS FOR SEA MOSS GEL
Wash the Sea Moss thoroughly to rinse away the salt. As our Sea Moss is wildcrafted, you may even find small sea shells.
Once cleaned, place in a large bowl or container and soak in distilled or spring water for 4-8 hours. Do not use tap water.
Once soaked, drain out the water. You will see it has become translucent, and should have expanded double in size.
Put your Sea Moss into a high powered blender with a little more distilled or spring water, and blend until it thickens and resembles a gel consistency.
Pour into a glass jar with a tight lid, let it cool at room temperature and then refrigerate (product will solidify)
Add 1-2 teaspoons to your hot drinks, smoothies, soups etc or simply have it straight from the jar and enjoy its benefits.
Please ensure to use a clean spoon each time, to ensure that you're not contaminating the product
Sea Moss Gel lasts around 2-3 weeks and needs to be kept refrigerated at all times.
If kept refrigerated, the gel should last around 6 weeks.
The gel can be frozen for up to 6 months, but please freeze in a suitable jar or container
